    How do we get started?
    Initially we meet for approximately 30 minutes. We discuss our expectations of the process and how it works. This initial meeting is free of charge. If we decide that we want to move forward then we can firm up our commitment from there.

    How do you know how long it will take?
    Everyone is different. There is no "set" time expectation. However, if at any point I feel that we are not continuing to make the necessary progress, we can change our terms. On average you can assume that we will meet twice a month for six months. Again, remember, this is merely an average and everyone is different.

    I like to think you will start seeing results the moment you make the first phone call to meet. It takes courage to reach out of your "normal" and start a change process.
